After a lunch with a divine lady named Diana Athill the perplexing task of naming our latest collection was solved. Her name, her demeanor her elegance and wit, her fine head of coiffed hair, everything about her stated ‘English lady’. Born in 1917 she has worked as a literary editor with some of the most important writers of the 20th century, she is a novelist and raconteur and is completely fascinating. In essence this collection is brim full of vintage English charm and the name Athill seemed so fitting. My favourite ditzy prints, with just the right amount of colour, beautifully adapted by Moda divided into tiny, medium and larger scale prints. It will be difficult to select a favourite and hopefully I wont be in the position of having to choose just one. Athill Range by Cabbages and Roses
